The applicant agrees to abide by all rules of Immanuel Baptist Church regarding the use of its facilities. IBC accepts no liability for any cause of damage resulting from your use of any IBC facility and/or from any and all claims, losses, damages, actions, or any other cause of action by the undersigned and/or any guests, friends or invitees which result in injury or loss of property to any person using the facilities of IBC. The applicant agrees to assume full responsibility for injury to person and damage to property arising from the use of facility by applicant hereunder and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Immanuel Baptist Church from any and all claims and damages relating thereto. The applicant does further hold IBC harmless and waive any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities relating to the condition of the premises to be used. Proof of liability insurance in an amount approved by the church adding IBC as an additional insured is required for some events.

 

The applicant is responsible for all room setup, teardown, cleanup and restoring the room to its default setup. General cleanup such as hallways and bathrooms will be cleaned by church custodial staff.
