What is a Small Group?
A small group consists of roughly 5-15 individuals who gather regularly to help one-another grow as disciples of Jesus.

What does a small group do?
Five Pursuits of Small Group Community

1. Conviction: We seek to grow together in the knowledge of God and his will (Ephesians 4:17-24).

2. Confession: We seek to open ourselves up to one another through honesty about our failings
(Ephesians 4:17, 22; James 5:16)

3. Compassion: We seek to love one another as representatives of Christ (Galatians 6:1).

4. Counsel: We seek to lovingly restore one another to the truth (Ephesians 4:15, 25).

5. Change: We seek to encourage one another to actually grow in Christ-likeness (Hebrews 3:13).
